Geometric Hooked Rug

Using a repetitive 3-D pattern of squares within squares and what appears to be a stylistic flower, our talented rug maker was able to create an intricate design, as pleasing to us now as it would have been in earlier times. Made of wool hooked on a burlap foundation, this rug is the embodiment of good design and balance. The palette of this rug is especially pleasing to the eye, incorporating colors that seamlessly flow into each other visually. Softened by the passage of time and many feet, this rug has merely taken on a new dimension as it moves into the 21^st Century.  Size is 30 1/2" x 36".
