Miniature Green Splint Basket Presented here, a wonderful little 19th C. Splint Basket in Windsor Green Paint. The camera is playing tricks with the color here. It is really that wonderful shade of dark green we love so well.) Measuring a mere 2-3/4" tall, (6" tall including the handle). Such a tall handle for such a small basket! It is 4-1/4" in diameter. The condition is excellent. The carved, notched handle goes all the way down to the bottom of the basket making for a very sturdy basket. The paint is nice and dry with only minimal wear one would expect due to age and usage.
