Presented here, a wonderful, graphic 5-colored Gameboard. Chinese Checkers anyone? This early board is made of Maple and carved out of one piece of wood! It is in excellent original condition with very slight bowing to the board. On the reverse is an attempt to make the board double-sided with the game of Nine Man Morris (a very early game). Never quite happened but we applaud the effort. The Chinese Checkers side is all it should be, plus some. The paint is original and is in excellent original condition. In the center, you see a slight turquoise color but it's just the "eye" of the digital camera. The center is evenly green. The Mustard background is also evenly colored. Again, the camera playing tricks. This is truly an exceptional Folk Art gameboard, perhaps one of a kind, made for ones' own use, not a production board made of plywood. It's 21 inches square and a very special piece.
