Pair of Small Tin Sconces Presented here, a nice early pair of Tin Sconces, circa 1830-60. They are of a nice small size, measuring only 8" tall. Made of tinned sheet iron, the top of the reflector back has a crimped design lending a decorative element to the otherwise simple design. There is a hole in the back of the reflector at the bottom to allow for extricating the candle stub which inevitably would burn down and otherwise be hard to remove. There is a minimum of surface rust found mostly in the bottom of the candle pans. F08D17564 Questions? Ask the Ferret!
