Chocolate Mold - Swimming Swan This is truly a wonderful Chocolate Mold with fantastic detail. While this particular mold is pictured as RARE in the Chocolate Mold book, it could also be used to mold Ice Cream or to make an Ice Sculpture because of its tight construction. The mold is of a swimming Swan with its head and neck down. It is marked 1312 on the bottom and has the name of a Paris maker that we've not seen before listed in any of our books . . . E. Ochillehin and 1L (one Litre). Very fine condition with the patina of old pewter.
